4 Rights and obligations of traders providing logistic services
4.1. Unless otherwise agreed, traders engaged in logistics services have the following rights and obligations:
a) be entitled to remuneration for services and other reasonable costs;
b) During performance of the contract, if there is good reason for the benefit of the customer, the merchant services business may perform other logistics with customer's instructions, but must notify customers ;
c) Upon the occurrence of circumstances that can lead to failure to implement part or all of the customer's instructions, they must immediately notify the customer to ask for advice;
d) Where there is no agreement on the time limit for implementation of the obligations to customers, they must carry out their duties in a reasonable time.
4.2. When performing the freight, traders logistics services must comply with the provisions of law and transportation practices.
